1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our document hosting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service or deploy documentation sites through our platform.

2. Intellectual Property & User Content

You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the documents (.docx, .odt) you upload and the resulting HTML generated from them. We claim no ownership over your content. However, you grant us the necessary licenses to parse, host, and serve this content publicly or privately based on your configured access controls.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our infrastructure to host malicious code, illegal material, or content designed to phish or deceive visitors. We reserve the right to immediately suspend any tenant account or custom domain routing that violates these conditions, without prior notice.

4. Service Availability

While our Rust backend is engineered for high performance and reliability, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Unless you are on a custom Enterprise plan with a dedicated SLA guarantee, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or completely error-free.
