We collect information you provide directly to us when you register for an account, such as your email address and authentication details. We also securely process the document files (such as .docx and .odt) that you upload strictly for the purpose of parsing and generating your hosted web portals.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information collected to operate our high-performance backend infrastructure. This includes generating your HTML documentation, routing traffic to your custom domains, provisioning automated SSL certificates, and providing you with visitor analytics through your dashboard.

3. Enterprise Security

Security is built into our architecture. We protect your workspaces and documents using strict multi-tenant isolation. Account access is safeguarded by optional Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and CAP Proof-of-Work protections to deter automated attacks. Raw document files are processed securely and are not used for any purpose other than generating your public-facing site.

4. Sharing Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or document contents with outside third parties. Data is only shared when absolutely necessary to provide our services (e.g., communicating with Certificate Authorities to secure your custom domain) or when strictly compelled by law.

5. Your Rights & Control

You maintain full control over your hosted documents. You can update, unpublish, or permanently delete your active document sites directly from your admin dashboard at any time. When you delete a workspace or your account, all associated documentation and parsed HTML files are permanently removed from our active servers.
